Inspired by my own history of injuries and having to go through physical therapy, I decided to create a physical therapy recovery app. The purpose of this app is to provide stretches and exercises for those that have experienced an injury and are unsure of how to properly take care of it without going to a physical therapist.
The app allows users to understand how to properly do the stretches and exercises for their specific injury and help prevent future injuries from happening. After the user explains their specific injury and the cause of it, the app will provide a personalized recovery plan where the user will be able to track their progress week by week.
