St. Pete-based Salt Palm Development is a Certified B Corporation that is developing a business community within St Pete and throughout Florida that use their power as a force for good. This community is voluntarily transparent, accountable, inclusive, regenerative, and creates a shared prosperity for all.
Salt Palm creates luxury, sustainable and responsible developments in the Tampa Bay region and uses its profits to fund the betterment of St Pete and Florida by contributing at least half of its profits back into its community and using the remaining profits for newer developments which will in turn create new profits for the community. Salt Palm focuses on high-quality and high-functioning design, and makes business decisions considering environmental and societal impacts.
